Warranty Policy

Heybike stands behind every bike we build. Each new Heybike e-bike purchased from heybike.com or an authorized dealer is covered by the limited warranty described below, beginning on the original date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

2-Year Limited Warranty

The frame, motor, battery, controller, display, and charger are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All other original components — including the fork, handlebar, stem, seat post, saddle, brake levers, brake calipers, derailleur, shifter, crankset, pedals, wheels, and lights — are covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear of tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, and similar consumables.
  • Damage caused by accident, crash, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or modifications.
  • Damage from commercial use, racing, stunts, or operation outside the bike's intended use.
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, paint fading, or corrosion from exposure to the elements.
  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
  • Bikes purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@heybike.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence. Our team will respond within 24 business hours and, if your claim is approved, ship replacement parts at no cost during the warranty period.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
